Sgt. Charles E. Woltje - 419th Squadron
I am currently researching Kansas veterans who are listed on the ABMC website as buried in overseas cemeteries or as missing in action. In my research, I happened to notice that Charles E. Woltje, Sergeant, 419th Bomber Squadron, 301st Bomber Group, Heavy is buried at Ardennes American Cemetery/Neupre, Belgium and is not on your list of 419th Squadron servicemen. From looking at your fine website, I surmise he was lost on the 13-Feb-45 mission to Vienna and was on one of the planes lost to flak that day. Thought you might like to correct this oversight, if possible. Thank you for your time,
Sincerely,
Eric Ackerman
